Breakfast Checklist
1. 7.30am - Turn on
Oven - turn on to 200c
Gas hob
Fan
& kitchen lights
2. 7.35am - Put bread in oven
Spray lightly with water and place in the oven to reheat, if fridge cold this will take 10 mins max and if frozen this will take 30 mins or more.
Then allow to cool slightly and slice for the guests. Present on a nice plate / platter.
3. 7.45am - Start making Coffee & Tea
Put 100g coffee into the grinder, grind, then into coffee machine, with filter and fill water until max level and press GO! Click the button twice and make sure it’s started.
NB Make sure the coffee machine is on the GOLD setting and also the grinder is set correctly which is mid way between filter and aeropress.
Fill and close flasks as each batch of coffee/hot water is ready
Fill & boil the kettle, fill honey & sugars and check that the area is clean & tidy
Ensure milks are in the small fridge in the dining room easily accessible for people.
4. 8.15am - Lay out spread
Fill small white bowls with;
Butter (special dish for butter)
Jam
Marmalade
Nut Butters - all 3 flavours
Fill large white bowls with;
Bananas
Apples
Granola
Yoghurt
Leave space for the bread plate.
5. By 10.30am - Reset Kitchen to Zero
Clear spread
Complete washup
Sweep & Wash floor

Bread - Hugo’s bakery - ensure bread is defrosted / ask Paul to buy
